Shipping FAQ

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Update January 2021: For international buyers, USPS currently ships to select countries due to the pandemic. Please check USPS and this site to see if your country is able to accept US parcels. Any additional payment from customs is to be paid by the buyer and not the seller.

-----
Yes! I do accept international orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to current circumstances with the pandemic, there is a chance of shipping delays.
Domestic orders may take up to 14 days or more, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
For international buyers, first check USPS and this site to see if your country is able to accept US parcels. After your order is shipped, it may take 14 to 30 days to arrive. You may also track you package with the provided tracking number.
Any additional payment from customs fees is to paid by the buyer and not the seller.
-----
You will receive a notification when your package has shipped. This is usually within 3 days after your order has been confirmed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why does shipping cost so much?

Unfortunately, I don't control the postal service. I cannot control the cost of how much it takes to send a package.
I do choose a shipping type that has a tracking number if there was ever a case that a package gets lost. I will not negotiate to ship without tracking.

Regarding Customs Fees:

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please take care of the fees so that you can receive your package.
